Ugh. Medic. ::faints::
I haven't filed the forms yet. I was making sure I had all the rights forms and that they were filled out correctly. You should see the madness, and all to change a simple name.
I'd really hate to think about the paperwork involved in a more complex case.
ShiShi-chan will have to wait whilst I recover.
Oh, and Kit? Don't tempt me. You know if given half an incentive, I would start a computer oriented religion.
Speaking of religions... I'm ordained. So I can legally perform a marriage and/or handfasting and other such duties of the clergy, save a circumcision. ::listens to the male collective sigh in relief:: Heh. Why did I do it? I like the idea of marriage, even if not for myself. That, and I get to marry my mom when she and her b/f decide to get hitched.
::tickled:: The hard part is going to be when I have to act serious, and not give into my usual sarcastic/silly/general pain-in-ass self. I don't think I want mom jumping up and choking me on her wedding day, even if I did make her laugh. /^^\

I have nothing against marriage for myself, just the idea of marriage infront of a big crowd of people.
To me it seems like something that should be private, you know?
And of course my ceremony would have to be nothing like a Christian one, because...eew. (Actually, I'm enamored of the one that uses the rope to tie a knot binding the hand of the bride and groom...in a candel-lit room...made of wood. And people say I'm not feminine. Hmph.) Although I'm also one of those people who hates brides who do all of the plannning without the groom, since it's his day, too. So if I do get married, it'll probably be nothing like that at all.
And, hey! It's *much* better if someone that you know performs the ceremony! It's more intimate, and you're not making your vows to some dude/dudette that you don't even know, you know?
