Why does addr wait until I'm in the middle of a post to suddenly have a problem with their database?

Ahem, anyway, as I was saying...

As a matter of fact, I watched every single ep of ST:TNG, and was a huge Data fangirl. I was also a big Bashir fan with DS9, though my affection for the series dwindled (and ultimately died) with Voyager.
And to show you how bad it got, my mom and I literally raked my elder bitch-sister over the coals because she would come in the middle of a TNG ep and want us to explain what was going on right then, instead of waiting until it was over. (And then had the nerve to call us rude.)
So I am familiar with all the references, and I thought John DeLancie (sp?) did a wonderful job as Q, i just couldn't get into the character when they stuck him on Voyager.
Trivia: Brent Spiner also had a recurring role in the sitcom "Night Court" as Bob Wheeler, the hapless father of a family trio of backwater, unlucky hicks

Oh. And rackhost's support is kinda slow. From all looks, it doesn't ever come online until after five or six my time. And not on weekends. Or not. I'm a new customer, and I was having problems with them. Different departments seem to take different amounts of time. Ranging from 24-48 hours response time.
Their live support's good, though, when you can use it.
I'm toying with the idea of switching, just because. But it's not too, too bad.

Voyager actually killed it for a lot of people. I actually kind of liked it--as a seperate, not part of the whole, /totally/ separate entity. Got annoyed by many parts of it, though.
DS9? Bashir! Cardassians! Wee!
Hate the new series. (I think it's the theme song **shudders** that turned me off to it.)
And they're putting all of TNG on DVD this year. Bundled by the season. They started a while ago. It's so expensive. I can but sit here, TV-less, and _want_.
And I liked Night Court. Harry!
(I just realized that I still know the theme song. How strange.)
See, world? I used to watch TV!
Time to buckle down now, and stop sucking up your space, though. I have a paper to write. >_< *poof*
