I will make a more detailed report of the mental orgasm I had tonight watching Advent Children on an even larger screen than at the con, at hearing what has to be the perfect voice for Seph, and seeing Tetsuya Nomura only a couple of yards away and suppressing the conflicting urges of hugging him, (he felt and looked too aloof for that), and smacking him, (go back and play the game to understand why so many sympathise with Seph plzkthx).
Speaking of voices, I'm sorry, I'm not even going to entertain negative views on this. I won't argue, but neither will I listen. If I see such a thing anywhere, I will exercise my right to leave. Far as I'm concerned, the majority of them were perfect. Top two would have to be Vincent and Sephiroth, who I always imagined would sound like that anyway, so I was beyond orgasmic happy. Besides which, despite the title and the plot, it really wasn't until I heard it in a language whose inflections I understand that I was able to grasp just how childlike the Remnents really are. Needless to say, this made the last scene with Kadaj and Cloud ten times harder to watch.
But all in all, just whoa. Not that I was hesitating to get the DVD, but if I had been, I certainly wouldn't be now.
Also, there was a beautiful trailer for KH, but more than that, the trailer for Dirge of Cerebus was so fucking oh-god-it's-HUGE awesome.
If that were classified as sex, I wouldn't need another for a long time.
