Not related to your post here, but wanted to let you know that I got a reply about my complaint.

"Thank you for visiting our website. I understand your frustration
regarding the bad condition your package was received in. I apologize that
your package was damaged.

I will be happy to document your concern and submit it to the Post
Office for follow-up. In order to do so, I will need know what service was
used to mail the item as well as the date it was mailed.

so if you could let me know what service you used and the date it was mailed, that'd be super sexy, i am a stupid poo poo head and threw the box away in Saturday's trash so I can't just check it... *hugs*
